Dr. Rebecca facey

Founder of Forge and Flow

Forge and Flow was created to offer a private, elevated approach to movement—grounded in clinical understanding and tailored to the individual. As a Doctor of Occupational Therapy, my background includes pelvic health, upper extremity rehabilitation, and neurological conditions, alongside a strong foundation in strength training and Pilates-informed movement. My work is designed to support strength, mobility, body awareness, and whole-body function through a personalized, one-on-one approach.
As both a clinician and Marine Corps veteran, I bring a grounded, disciplined, and thoughtful presence to my work. Clients are often looking not only for expertise, but for an experience that feels private, supportive, and intentional. Forge and Flow is designed for those who value individualized attention and a more refined approach to movement, whether they are navigating injury history, pelvic floor dysfunction, neurological or orthopedic concerns, or simply seeking a smarter, more personalized path to strength and function.
